An agent will usually get a higher price, with repairs, showings and months of waiting. We offer less, but you sell as-is, with one walk-through and a set timeline. If an agent would clearly do better for you, we'll tell you.
Talk to us, and also talk to your lender or a HUD-approved housing counselor. If a foreclosure sale is only weeks away, Missouri's 14-day waiting period may make us too slow to help. We'll tell you that up front.
